Diamond Restaurant

Diamond Restaurant founded in 1947 by Kam Shui Fai, created the grandeur Dragon Phoenix Hall (now in HK Heritage Museum) had celebrated many banquets in the 1970-90s. This special collaboration series pays tribute to the Cantonese celebrative and culinary culture.
