Unfortunately, we are not able to amend the
order already paid. The only solution is to cancel the order and place a new
one. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order
can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
Should an item be missing from your delivery, please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.
In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock due to a miscount, you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

The default currency is stated in Hong Kong Dollars but you have the option to change that to EUR or USD. The price excludes shipping charges which are calculated at checkout.
Complying with Hong Kong regulations, all of your purchases on Playful Socks are tax free. However, orders to countries outside of Hong Kong may subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Playful Socks do not collect such VAT, duties and/or taxes. Please contact your local customs for more information.

Please try to check the content of the parcel in the presence of a courier. If after opening the package you find out that it lacks its content or the product has some defects, please send us some photos of all the received order as well as the package so that we can help.

We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your Playful Socks.
For our socks, we recommend to wash with old / warm water (i.e. temperature of 30°C / 86°F).
All socks should be turned inside out. Bleaching, ironing and tumble dryer should be avoided.

Yes, we sell socks with bulk order arrangement. Usually, these type of request would arise when someone representing their company to seek for special gifts for their colleagues, company event, or to clients. We can offer invoice as payment method on orders of 50 units or more.

You may return your Playful socks order within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund.
The product is eligible for return / exchange if it is in the original state. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact.
When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request within 14 days. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
