Payments are made in HKD. If you choose a different currency than mentioned
above, the final charge would depend on the exchange rate of your bank.

As soon as you place an order, we send the confirmation e-mail. If you don’t
receive it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost
there.
Unfortunately, we are not able to amend the
order already paid. The only solution is to cancel the order and place a new
one. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order
can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
Should an item be missing from your delivery, please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.
In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock due to a miscount, you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).
